As a Customer Service Representative – Bilingual English/Dari or Pashto, the selected candidate will play an important role as a team member of the Julia Johnson State Farm Agency in our mission to help individuals and families protect their assets and plan for their future. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service: Service includes responding to insureds inquiries regarding policy coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, taking premium payments and provide billing explanations.
- Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Contribute to the success of various agency marketing campaigns through the year supporting the Sales Team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual English/Dari or Pashto, with high verbal and writing communication skills.
- Must pass and obtain the required Washington Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days from employment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outgoing with enthusiasm to learn, apply and implement successfully
- Willingness to further your professional development through coaching and mentorship
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as part of a team
- Confident in using Windows based softwares such as Microsoft Office and Outlook and have the ability to quickly learn proprietary softwares used in daily operations.
